Online Registration
Our tools allow you to set a variety of registration / checkout options. Use the control panel to set the prices for one-day, full conference, early, late, student, preesenter, exhibitor fees...whatever categories and pricing you would like.
Special Pricing, Coupons, and Overrides
Using the control panel you can set up special coupon codes that people can use when they registrer in order to quality for a discount off of normal registration fees. Coupons can be branded with sponsor or exhibitor information to promote their contributions to the conference. You can even sell discounted registration coupons to exhibitors which they can use to give to their customers. You get advance sales on registrations and they get to do something good for their customers while promoting your conference.
Back-end Reports
The control panel tools allow you to monitor registration through a summary screen. You can also view and export registrant lists and payment information to an Excel spreadsheet or csv file. The backend tools also allow you to edit typos in registrant info prior to printing name badges or doing followup mailings.
