Contact Database
If you have an existing conference you have existing contacts. We help port your existing contact information into ConferenceBuilder's contact database so you can send email newsletters and prepare postal mailings to your attendees. Smart lists help you manage your contacts by grouping like contacts by state, area code or zip code. You can also add custom type fields for your contacts so you can say if someone is an exhibitor or past presenter, member or non-member, whatever tags you would like to use.
eNewsletters
With mailing costs continuing to rise and the cost and expense of printing and mailing letters and post cards, many conferences are supplementing their direct mail campaigns with email notifications. Our eNewsletter allows conference planners to work together on each newsletter and then send it out to one or more groups in the contacts database. All newsletters have the option of also being posted to your web site when you send the message so that no one misses any key conference information.
