You set the access to the control panel. You can assign individuals or groups to particular areas of the website.

Reports and the Conference Dashboard
The control panel also gives access to reports on registration, promotion, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors. Currently under development is a new dashboard interface your data to help visualize the data in the reports.
